Release notes v17.1.1

  • 20 February, 20178 September, 2021

1. Unique treatment facilities per Subarea

Extensive development work has been performed to enable the use of unique facility and facilities in series per subarea.
This means that you now in each area A1, A2, etc. can create unique facilities for each area without having to create a new project if you have many subareas.

All input data per facility are saved in each area whereby you in the same project can select an optional subarea with facilities and result report for this,
then you can choose another subarea with other facilitiy data and charge a result report for this.

2. Improved simulation of the required flow detention volume in wet ponds & wetlands

Improved simulation of the required flow detention volume (Vd2) in wet ponds & wetlands for detention of the design flow (Qdim), with regard to the discharge time of the underlying detention volume (Vd1) for pollutant treatment during the runoff. The outflow (Qout1) through the latter reduces the required Vd2.

The simulation is a function of the discharge time of Vd1 and its impact on the design duration for calculating Vd1. This was simulated more simplified earlier.

When old projects are opened, the calculation will be performed with the former simplified method, but for new projects the improved method will be used. The pollutant treatment effect is not affected by this revision.

Revisions in the recipient model and complements in wet pond pictures
Addes design features in StormTac Web: design of facilities in series and underground retention basins
