Work has been done to optimize the management of user sessions in the system.
The time for when the webb session expires is extended to 30 minutes from 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, check for recent activity has been reduced from about 60 minutes to 35 minutes.

Web session dies 09:30 (user is logged off when attempting to use the system).
The login session is cleared about 09:35 and the same / next person gets into the system.
